ROCKSTERS are a 5 piece live band fronted by Sarah on lead vocals, Ian – Keyboards/male vocals, Tommy on Guitar, Dov the Drummer & Gary on Bass.
The Music We Play
ROCKSTERS have worked on delivering slick set lists that build throughout the evening to heights of joy. Each set will be specially crafted and unique to your event depending on your own musical tastes. For you Rock aficionados out there, we are happy to Rock it up all night upon request. Or leave it to us and we play a
fantastic mix of styles that appeal to all age groups. Starting the evening off with pop, soul & rock’n'roll classics, to more dance type tunes and disco tracks in the second set and ending with a full set of Rock songs that build and build in intensity.
Playing Times
We play up to 3X50mins or 2X1hr 15mins sets, longer than most other function bands; helping to fill your evening with high-end entertainment. We will work with you or the party, wedding organiser to arrange the playing times around your schedule.
For an evening performance, we would normally arrive prompt at 6pm and set up discretely, it is not always necessary for us to sound check. Last set usually finishes at midnight but we are happy to discuss ending later.
Music Breaks
A compilation of pre-recorded music is played through the band PA during all breaks between live sets.
We will bring a wide range of music with us however you are welcome to provide your own break music on a cd or ipod (mp3 player). This is great as it
saves you the cost of hiring a DJ.

Getting Married?
We can learn and play your choice of first dance music live. Learning the song the same as the original or if you want to provide a certain version of a song we can learn that too. Sometimes couples will have a choreographed routine worked out so we are always careful to play the same arrangement at the same tempo in a similar style as requested.
Three P’s
The band is always Punctual, Polite and Professional. From your first enquiry to the final encore at the end of the gig! We have a smart dress code, unless otherwise stated. In short, you don’t have to worry about ‘what the band are doing’, as we aim to provide ‘hassle free’ musical entertainment, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the evening to the full.
Our Equipment
All PA, backline, ie guitar amps, drum kit etc and stage lighting, are provided by the band, all electrical equipment is PAT tested.
Our PA is brand new and sounds amazing, it is good for a room hosting about 200 guests (we can hire a larger PA for 200+ guests). We will need a minimum space of approx 16ft x 10ft to comfortably set-up and perform.
Locality
We tend to be booked in the surrounding locale of London, Surrey & Kent and have had the pleasure of playing in some of the South East’s most beautiful venues.
Peace of Mind
We are experienced at working in rooms with sound monitors and working to health and safety parameters and the band has full public liability insurance up to 5 million pounds.
